New Business
a) Consideration to approve the purchase and installation of flock cameras at the Barrow
County Parks & Recreation Center and Winder Legacy Park from Flock Group Inc. of
Atlanta, GA, in the amount of $61,600.00.
b) Consideration to approve the proposal from Tyler Technologies for the eReviews
Module for the Planning & Community Development Department and to authorize
the Chairman to execute the agreement, in the amount of $35,277.00.
c) Consideration to approve the FY 2025 Transportation Services Memorandum of
Understanding Agreement with the Northeast Georgia Regional Commission and
to authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.
d) Consideration to approve the transfer of (1) vehicle from Parks & Recreation
Department to the Fire Department and the surplus of (22) vehicles from the
Sheriff's Office and the Transportation Division of Public Works.
e) Consideration to approve the Debt Collection Services Agreement with F.H. Cann
& Associates, Inc., of Exeter, NH, and to authorize the Chairman to execute the
agreement.
f) Consideration to approve the Barrow County Services Agreement with BaseSix from
Marietta, GA, to replace the existing fire alarm system panel at Animal Control and
to authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.

Consideration to approve the Barrow County Services Agreement with Trane
U.S. Inc. of Atlanta, GA, for the new AC Chiller Equipment Proposal for the
Historic Courthouse and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.
Consideration to approve the Right of Way Entry for the Georgia Department of
Transportation P.I. No. 0013910-SR 316 at Barber Creek Road Interchange Project for
Parcel No. 4 and Parcel No. 6 and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement.
Consideration to approve the 2025 LMIG application packet and authorize
the Chairman to execute the application document.
Consideration to approve a Service Delivery Strategy (SDS) Agreement, consisting
of Georgia Department of Community Affairs Form 1, Form 3, Form 4, and several
Form 2s as provided in the SDS Mediation Agreement and to authorize the Chairman
to execute the agreement, subject to review and approval by the County Attorney and
County Manager.

Executive Session
Executive Session allows discussion of matters properly excluded from the Georgia Open and
Public Meetings Law (O.C.G.A. §50-14), specifically:
Pending or potential litigation, settlement, claims, administrative proceedings or
other judicial actions,
Discussion of future acquisition, disposition, or lease of real estate
Discussing or deliberating upon the appointment, employment, hiring, disciplinary
action or dismissal, or performance of a public officer or employee
Discussion of a record exempt from disclosure where consideration of the record
cannot be had without disclosure of the record
No action will be taken during this session.
