Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Seagoville, Texas will meet in a Regular Meeting at
6:30 PM, to be held at City Hall 702 N. Hwy 175 Seagoville, Texas 75159.
Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code:
This meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal
advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
Section 551.127 of the Texas Government Code:
One or more Councilmembers or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing
technology. A quorum of the City Council will be present at City Hall. The video and audio feed of the
videoconferencing equipment can be viewed and heard by the public at the meeting location.
The City of Seagoville reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign any session or order of business at
any time prior to adjournment. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

2. Receive and discuss a presentation regarding the Service Line Program.

A. Discuss a Resolution ratifying and approving an economic development
project of the SEDC for an economic development performance agreement
with John Rice, an individual and sole proprietorship doing business as
Brockhouse Pit and Pantry, providing a signage grant in an amount not to
exceed three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00); and authorizing the
SEDC Executive Director to sign such documents as necessary for said
agreement.
B. Discuss a Resolution ratifying and approving an economic development
project of the SEDC for an economic development performance agreement
with Craving Pizza, LLC, A Texas Limited Liability Company, providing a
signage grant in an amount not to exceed three thousand, two hundred
forty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($3,247.50); and authorizing the SEDC
Executive Director to sign such documents as necessary for said
agreement.
C. Discuss a Resolution approving and ratifying a professional services

agreement between the SEDC and Garver, LLC for on-call engineering
review services in an amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars
($10,000.00); and authorizing the Executive Director to sign such
documents as necessary for said agreement.
D. Discuss a Resolution ratifying and approving a proposal to SEDC by Road
Master Striping LLC for striping services for downtown Seagoville in an
amount not to exceed six thousand four hundred three dollars and twentytwo cents ($6,403.22).

Manager to execute any and all documents necessary for the purchase.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
24. The City Council will convene into closed executive session pursuant to Texas
Government Code 551.071 Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice regarding
pending litigation, to-wit: Seagoville Residents Association v. City of Seagoville and
Target Builders, LLC, Cause No. DC-23-20340 in the 134th Judicial District Court of
Dallas County, Texas.
