be limited to statements of specific factual information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of

CONSENT AGENDA
All of the following items are considered to be routine by the City Council, there will be no separate
discussion on these items and will be enacted with one motion. Items may be removed by any
Council Member by making such request prior to a motion and vote.

Consider approval of the City Council Meeting Minutes from the following
meeting dates:

Discuss and consider action to approve the Comal Appraisal District Board
of Directors' resolution authorizing the purchase of real property located at
923 S. Castell Avenue, New Braunfels, Texas, for $350,000.

Discuss and consider action to approve the proposed scope and specific
deliverables for the City Council Infrastructure Committee.

4.B.

Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance granting a request by Jon
Gevelinger with Stock Up Supply LLC, on behalf of Litterio Zinna with A & L
LAND INVESTMENTS LLC, for a change in zoning from R-2 Residential
District to I-1 Industrial District, on DAWN VIEW ACRES, LOT 4, Bulverde,
TX 78163, generally located 175 feet southwest of the intersection of FM
1863 and Roadrunner Way.

4.C.

Hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending the City of
Bulverde Comprehensive Plan, “Sunrise 2050”; revising previously
established land use designations on the Future Land Use Plan for DAWN
VIEW ACRES, LOT 4, Bulverde, TX 78163, generally located 175 feet
southwest of the intersection of FM 1863 and Roadrunner Way.

4.D.

Discussion and possible action regarding the operation of Flock cameras
within the City of Bulverde.

4.E.

Presentation, discussion, and possible approval of the 2027 Street
Maintenance Plan.

4.F.

Update and possible approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
between Comal County and the City of Bulverde for Animal Control
Services.

4.G.

Update, discussion, and possible action on the renewal of the Hotel
Conference Center Lease Agreement between LHSH, LTD and the City of
Bulverde.

4.H.

Discuss and consider possible action to approve the creation of a new
position within the Administration Department titled Assistant City Manager
/ City Secretary, and to approve an ordinance amending the budget to fund
the position.

4.I.

Discussion and possible action on a Resolution of the City Council of the
City of Bulverde, Texas, authorizing the City's participation in the Hill
Country Mayors Alliance; designating the Mayor as the City's
representative; authorizing annual membership dues and related expenses;
and establishing limitations on participation and financial obligations.
