Ordinance 2026-17 Bond Ordinance providing for various improvements to the Water Utility in
and by the Township of Montville, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, appropriating
$3,395,000 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $3,200,000 bonds or notes of the Township
to finance part of the cost thereof
Ordinance 2026-18 Bond Ordinance providing for various improvements to the Sewer Utility in
and by the Township of Montville, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, appropriating
$2,527,500 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $2,425,000 bonds or notes of the Township
to finance part of the cost thereof
Ordinance 2026-19 Ordinance of the Township Committee of the Township of Montville in the
County Morris and State of New Jersey adopting a Redevelopment Plan for property bound by
Main Road (Route 202), River Road, Daldunn Drive, and Interstate Route 287 and designated
as Block 59 Lots 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 (to be consolidated as Block 59, Lot 22.1) on the
Tax Map of the Township of Montville and amending Chapter 230, “Land Use and
Development”, of the revised general ordinances of the Township of Montville in order to codify
said Redevelopment Plan
