1. Bill No. 5118 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City
Administrator to execute a contract with Cochran Engineering Company for
professional services related to the Public Works Wash Bay Project for the
City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.
2. Bill No. 5119 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City
Administrator to execute an agreement with TJ Wies Contracting, Inc.,
guaranteeing completion of grading and installation and maintenance of
erosion control measures for the construction of a storage warehouse with
related site improvements for TJ Wies Company located at 305 TCW Court.

3. Bill No. 5120 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City Administrator
to execute an agreement with TJ Wies Contracting, Inc., guaranteeing the
completion of improvements associated with the construction of a storage
warehouse with related site improvements for TJ Wies Company located at
305 TCW Court.
4. Bill No. 5121 —An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of the streets and
stormwater collection systems located in the Village at Stonecrest
Subdivision.
5. Bill No. 5122 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an
Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of Saint Charles, Missouri,
and the City of Lake Saint Louis regarding license plate recognition data
sharing for law enforcement purposes.
6. Bill No. 5123 — An ordinance approving an Intergovernmental Agreement to
participate in O’Fallon’s real-time information center to enhance law enforcement
capabilities.
7. Bill No. 5124 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City
Administrator to sign all necessary documents providing life/accidental
death & dismemberment, long-term disability, and voluntary short-term
disability insurance coverage through Mutual of Omaha.
8. Bill No. 5125 -— An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City
Administrator to sign all necessary documents providing employee vision
insurance.
9. Bill No. 5126 - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and/or City
Administrator to sign all necessary documents providing employee dental
insurance.
10. Bill No. 5127 — An ordinance to adopt a budget revision for the City of Lake
Saint Louis’ budgets for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending
June 30, 2026.
11. Bill No. 5128 — An ordinance to adopt a budget by fund for the City of Lake
Saint Louis, Missouri, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending
June 30, 2027.
