consideration from Jason Promo and Katherine Baessler, for a public utility
easement in connection with the sanitary sewer constructed at 10000 Levan Road
in connection with the sanitary sewer constructed with the Baci Estates
development, in the Northeast ¼ of Section 32. (Tax I.D. No. 46-125-99-0005-001).
12. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: secured without monetary
consideration from Brian Tregoning, for a public utility easement in connection with
the sanitary sewer constructed at 36125 Parkdale Avenue in connection with the
sanitary sewer constructed with the Baci Estates development, in the Northeast ¼
of Section 32. (Tax I.D. No. 46-125-02-0510-000).
13. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: secured without monetary
consideration from Livonia Seven Mile, LLC, for a public utility easement in
connection with the water main constructed at 39200 Seven Mile Road in
connection with the water main constructed with the CAVA development, in the
Southwest ¼ of Section 6. (Tax I.D. No. 46-023-99-0001-013).
