Public Petitions and Comments
Kelsey Kauffman spoke about Flock cameras and asked three things of the council:
1) Make the Flock contract public, what we pay, who signed it, how it's funded, and most
importantly, when it renews.
2) Hold a public hearing before any renewal or expansion takes place.
3) Adopt an Ordinance that requires Council approval and public input before the City buys
any surveillance technology.
City Attorney, Laurie Hardwick, added that all contracts are public, anyone can have a copy at
any time, just need to ask.
