MINUTES
BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS
September 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM:
Commissioner Gamble called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium. A
Quorum was established.

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
MOTION: Made by Commissioner Dimmock and seconded by Commissioner Gelinas to
accept the August 10, 2026 Regular Meeting minutes. Motion passed.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Correspondence was reviewed.
TRAFFIC COMMISSION REVIEW:
Traffic Report was received.
CHIEF’S REPORT:
a. Training Report for August
August report was received.
b. K9 Reports for August
August report was received.
c. Youth Reports for August
August report was received.
d. Investigative Services for August
August report was received.
e. Support Services Report for August
August report was received.

OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
Chief Ferland updated the Commission on the current use of ALPR cameras and upcoming
legislation.
MOTION: Made by Commissioner Dimmock and seconded by Commissioner Gelinas to enter
into Executive Session and at 5:29 p.m. Motion passed unanimously.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 5:44 p.m.
No votes or actions were taken while in Executive Session.
MOTION: Made by Commissioner Dimmock and seconded by Commissioner Gelinas to
adjourn the meeting at 5:45 p.m. Motion passed unanimously.
