COMMISSIONERS COURT OF LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Lamar County Commissioners Court will be held on
the 12" day of January, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Courtroom located on the first floor of the
Lamar County Courthouse, 119 North Main Street, Paris, Texas, at which time there will be discussion
and/or action on the following subjects:

Citizens’ input —
Persons desiring to address the Lamar County Commissioners Court must limit their presentation to no
more than five minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits
the Court from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an
existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Lamar County

for Lamar County to submit an application to purchase and receive federal surplus property through the
Federal Surplus Property Program and to authorize the County Judge to execute all necessary

8. Discussion and/or action by Lamar County Commissioners Court to consider and approve the final plat
for Little Town, in Precinct Two area of Lamar County, part of the Nathan N. Baker Survey #108, which
will sit on 5 acres, divided into 10 lots. No County Roads are involved. All parties agree that Private
Roads constructed in private subdivisions, are maintained by the Owner/Developer; or maintained by the

copy of the cash lease agreement between Lamar County and Will Ruthart, in the amount of $1500.00, for
