Park Boat Ramp. And utilize GOMESA funds not to exceed $83,333.00 for the

15. Consider and take necessary action to award the contract to the lowest and
best responsive bidder of Noble Building & Development, LLC for Bid No.
2026.11 - Rebid Magnolia Beach Fire Station Project – GLO CDBG MIT-MOD
Contract No. 24-065-152-F011 and FEMA Project No. DR-4485-0067 for
Calhoun County, Texas. (JM)
Scott Mason with G&W Engineers Inc recommends continuing with the lowest
and best responsive bidder.
John Mayne expressed gratitude to the court and David Hall for helping this
along.

16. Consider and take necessary action on Preliminary Plat of Hrncir Subdivision
located on SH 185, outside of Seadrift, Texas (GDR)
Russell Hrncer with Edgewater Enterprises LLC explained the Preliminary plat.

17. To acknowledge and accept the updated FLOCK grant cost presented to the
court on April 15, 2026. Following the May FLOCK Workshop, the total cost
has been revised to include travel expenses, updating the total from $48,500
to $50,175.00, with the county’s portion adjusted from $9,700.00 to
$10,035.00, and allow Judge Lyssy to sign. (VLL)
Sheriff Vickery addressed the concerns regarding the security systems. The
sheriff, chief and Investigation Division are the only eyes on the cameras and
it is not constantly monitored. The state has their own Flock, and we have no
authority or acces to them.
Judge Lyssy asked the Sheriff to bring statistics back annually to see how they
are working to see if they are worth it.
The court acknowledged and accepted the update and added that constraints
will be reviewed by council and available to the public.

agricultural lease agreement for Bid Number 2026.14: Agricultural Lease of
Langdon Tract, 60 acres, for dry land farming that is solely for planting,
raising, and harvesting row crops and authorize the County Auditor to
advertise for bids. The term of the agricultural lease agreement will be for
three years with the option to renew for an additional one(1) three-year term
upon Commissioners Court approval. Bids will be due before 2:00:00 PM,
