V. PUBLIC SAFETY (DR. JOHNSON/MS. BLACKBURN)

A. The Chief requests the purchase and installation of an overhead traffic camera
and license plate reader (LPR) at the intersection of Wildwood Road and E.
Hardies Road through the Capital Improvements Fund Budget.
B. The Manager recommends authorization to execute a 3-year contract with
Teamsters 249 and the Police Collective Bargaining Unit.

VI. COMMUNITY SERVICES (MS. FRITSCH/MR. MIDGLEY)

A. The Manager and Parks & Recreation Programs Administrator recommend the
adoption of a Resolution requesting a grant to the Redevelopment Authority of
Allegheny County’s Gaming, Economic Development, and Tourism Fund
designating the appropriate municipal officials of signatories for all grant
documents for park pavilion picnic tables.
B. The Assistant Township Manager and Facilities Director recommend award of
contract(s) regarding the 2026 Construction Equipment Rental and Construction
Tradesman Programs.
C. The Assistant Township Manager recommends award of contract(s) regarding
the Community Park Trail Paving Project.
D. Public Works / Parks & Recreation Monthly Reports.
VII. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (MR. MIDGLEY/MR. SCIULLI)

A. The Manager and Director recommend approval of Change Orders from KLH
Resident Observer services at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Project.

B. The Manager and Director recommend award of a contract through COSTARS
Cooperative Purchasing Program to Insight Pipe for the Gourdhead Run
Interceptor Rehabilitation, and the release offunds from the Capital
Improvement Funds Budget for the same.

A. 2330 Wildwood Road Change of Use (DSR)(26-04)
In accordance with Section 10.615 of the Zoning Ordinance, DSR, Inc. is
requesting change of use approvalfor the property located at 2330 Wildwood
Road, in a Light Industrial (LI) zoning district. This property formerly housed the
Automotive Systems Warehouse distribution center. The applicant is requesting
multi-use approvalfor warehousing and light industrial, which is permitted in the
LI Zoning District.
B. The Land Use Administrator recommends the adoption of a Resolution regarding
the Rylands Preliminary/Final Subdivision/Lot Consolidation Sewage Facilities
Planning Module.
C. The Land Use Administrator requests authorization to advertise for a Public
Hearing regarding the Seven Brew Conditional Use (26-01).
0. The Manager recommends appointment of Tom Beecher to the Environmental
Advisory Council, three-year term expiring December 31, 2028.

Commission, four-year term expiring December 31, 2029.
