2023-2024 Annual Report/Calendar
The Vandalia-Butler High School Honor Society will once again be distributing
the 2023-2024 Annual Report/Calendar to every residence and business on
Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Every Annual Report/Calendar will be
delivered in shrink-wrap to prevent damage due to exposure to moisture. In
recognition of their community service, the City will make a contribution to the
Honor Society’s scholarship fund.

Variance BZA 23-14: Perimeter Landscaping – 165 North Dixie Drive
(Advantage Plumbing and Drain Solutions)
Enclosed is a memorandum from Mr. Graham wherein the Applicant, Colby Harris,
on behalf of Advantage Plumbing and Drain Solutions has requested a variance to
forgo the perimeter landscaping requirement for the property located at 165 North
Dixie Drive. The purpose of this request is to have no perimeter landscaping. The
Board of Zoning Appeals voted 4-0 to recommend approval.
