Intervention Grant Program And Authorizing the Purchase of Safety Equipment
The Board of Trustees will consider a resolution accepting a grant award from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation
Safety Intervention Grant Program in the amount of $8,610.00 and authorizing the purchase of safety equipment as
identified in Exhibit A (Admar Construction Equipment and Supplies proposal). The resolution also acknowledges the
required Township match of $2,870.00 and authorizes the Fiscal Officer to receive and account for the grant funds, as well
as Township Administrator to execute all necessary documents to complete the purchase.

Resolution 061-2026 – Nuisance Abatement 26902 Greenbrooke Drive PPN: 262-10-111
The Board of Trustees will consider a resolution declaring the condition of the property located at 26902 Greenbrooke Drive
(PPN 262-10-111), specifically grass exceeding six inches in height, to constitute a nuisance pursuant to Ohio Revised Code
§505.87. The resolution would authorize notice to be provided to the property owner and applicable lienholders requiring
the nuisance to be abated within seven (7) days. If the nuisance is not corrected within the required timeframe, the
Township may proceed with abatement and assess the associated costs against the property as permitted by law.

Resolution 062-2026 - Enacting Local Restrictions on the Use of Consumer Fireworks – DISCUSSION ONLY
The Board of Trustees will consider a resolution repealing and replacing Resolution No. 035-2022 to ensure the Township's
regulations governing the discharge of 1.4G consumer fireworks are consistent with and implement the requirements of
Ohio Revised Code § 3743.45. The resolution establishes the dates and times during which consumer fireworks may be
discharged within the unincorporated territory of Olmsted Township, requires compliance with applicable rules adopted by
the State Fire Marshal, and clarifies that existing Township regulations governing noise, disturbances, and disorderly
conduct remain in full force and effect.
