Poughkeepsie Code Of Ordinances Entitled “Motor Vehicles And Traffic” Handicapped
parking areas designated: Dutchess Avenue (South side), the parking space closest to the
intersection with North Water Street.
2. Second Read: O-26-11, Ordinance Adding New Section §13-196.3 “Two-Hour Parking,
Twenty-Four Hours Per Day” Of Chapter 13 Of The City Of Poughkeepsie Code Of
Ordinances Entitled “Motor Vehicles And Traffic” Two-Hour Parking, Twenty-Four
Hours Per Day: Dutchess Avenue (South side) beginning at its intersection with North
Water Street, for a distance of twelve total parking spaces.
3. Second Read: O-26-12, Ordinance Amending §14-5 “Loitering” of Chapter 13 of the
City of Poughkeepsie Code of Ordinances
