8. Discussion and vote to approve the Change Order in the amount of $10,530.00 for JH Landscaping Construction,
Inc., for additional work completed at the COA parking lot, and amend the contract accordingly.

non-payment of taxes.

12. Acknowledge reserve fund transfers to ACO in the amount of $2500 due to paying for unexpected animal
boardings in Lakeville.
13. Acknowledge reserve fund transfers to the Fire Department in the amount of $33,000 into Fire Additional Gross
OT as a result of the unexpected back-to-back winter storms.
14. Discuss and Approve Interdepartmental Transfers from the EMA Supplies account in the amount of $8000 to the
Additional Gross Overtime Account due to the additional storm coverage.
15. Discuss and Approve Interdepartmental Transfers from the Treasurer for $35 from Health Insurance to Life
Insurance to cover a shortfall.
16. Discuss and Approve Interdepartmental Transfers from the Water and Sewer Department in the amount of
$100,000 from the Water Purchasing Account to the Sewer Purchasing Account to cover unexpected sewer costs
