CALL TO ORDER

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Vote to close open meeting and enter executive session will return to open session.
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations
with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion
personnel, the IT Director, Deputy Police Chief, Superior Officers, and Water Sewer & Superintendent.
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or
litigation; appeal of the action of the town of East Bridgewater select board for denying the Ch. 138, § 15 allalcohol retail package store license application of Sean corp. D/b/a One Stop Food Mart with the ABCC. If an
open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body, and the
chair so declares.
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(4), to discuss the deployment of security personnel or devices, or
strategies with respect thereto.
Vote to close the Executive Session meeting will return to open session.

9. Discussion on draft sick leave bank policy - Participation by Non-Union Employees for Union employees.
10. Approve the request from Professional Bartending Service, LLC for a One Day Liquor License for The Center
at Sachem Rock, 355 Plymouth Street, for a Wedding Reception on July 25, 2026, from 2 pm – 6 pm.
11. Approve the Treasurer / Collector to sell the following properties Assessors Map designations:

case no. 13 TL 146489 filed, (Map 71, Block 91)
