agenda. Zoning and code enforcement matters cannot be discussed during the public comment period. Procurement matters not scheduled
to be heard by the Council today also cannot be discussed during the public comment period. Public comments may be limited to 3 minutes.

166.031, FLORIDA STATUTES; CLARIFYING ELECTION YEARS AND LENGTH OF APPOINTMENTS

1. (Town Clerk) Discussion and action on Payment of legal fees for an ethics complaint
filed against the Mayor.
An insurance claim has been filed the coverage will be triggered when the Mayor is
exonerated.
2. (Town Clerk) Discussion and action: Code Enforcement officer job description
Moving code enforcement from complaint based to compliance based

3. (Town Clerk) Discussion and action: Officer Brown & Officer Quandt vacation time
payout.
These 2 officers have resigned from the department. Per Section 7.2 of the policy and
procedures manual this payout is at the discretion of the Town Council.

4. (Town Clerk) Discussion and action: CGA planning proposal for an impact fee study
In May of this year the Town entered into an agreement with Calvin, Giordano and
Associates for planning services. CGA will assist the Town with an update to our Impact
Fee Study, and they will recommend appropriate fees.
5. (Z. Teeters) Discussion and action regarding GFL Rate Increase.
GFL is our Trash Hauler, They are requesting a 4.4% increase
6. (Z. Teeters) Discussion on action on Public Works structure and positions regarding
Larry Story and Caleb Luciano
7. (Z. Teeters) Discussion and action on a resolution 2026-15 regarding FLOCK Cameras in
our Town.
