Flock & ALPR Cameras in Bolivar, Missouri

On the record · Contract Canceled

Bolivar is on the record here. Bolivar Board of Aldermen voted unanimously August 11, 2026 to terminate the city’s Flock contract and approved termination-notice language. KY3 reported the board had voted July 28 to seek a way out. The notice asks Flock to stop plate detection, video capture, and data sharing; the city planned to bag cameras until Flock removes them. A $54,000 Missouri Blue Shield grant helped fund the install and may need repayment.
