*COVID-19 Update: The Planning Commission meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format with some Commissioners, staff, presenters, and members of the public attending remotely via Webex and others attending in-person at City Hall. The public can watch the meeting online at www.westlinnoregon.gov/meetings or on Cable TV Channel 30. Those who wish to participate remotely should complete the speaker form located at: https://westlinnoregon.gov/citycouncil/meeting-request-speak-signup before noon the day of the meeting to receive an invitation to join the meeting. You may also submit written comments by email to the staff liaison. Those who attend the meeting in person must wear a mask at all times and maintain 6-feet of physical distance. In person overflow capacity will be directed to the second floor lobby to watch the meeting on monitors and will be invited into the meeting room when it is their turn to speak during the public comment portion of the agenda.
