All agenda items must be scheduled by 9:00 A.M the day prior to Board meeting held every third Wednesday. The agenda may be
modified at such meeting. NOTE to Citizens: Any agenda item may be moved down at any time at the discretion of the Chairman of
the Board of supervisors. Agenda items that are not on the agenda 24 hours in advance will not be handled or acted upon.
