TENTATIVE AGENDA
8:30 David Owens, Road and Bridge Updates
Approve Right-of-Way Permitting for Flock Camera Equipment Installation
Ongoing Space Needs Discussion of County Offices and Courthouse
OTHER DISCUSSIONS & POSSIBLE ACTIONS
Updates on the following: Elected Official and Department Reports, Consolidation of
911/Dispatch, and Kelso Solar Project.
Discuss and/or approve the following: Ongoing County Facility Maintenance and Projects,
Ongoing and Routine Road Repairs and Maintenance.
Discuss and/or approve routine business: Requests to Disburse Funds from Lease-Purchase
Agreement, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Minutes, Record Disposal, and miscellaneous
correspondence.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Individuals who wish to make comments regarding items listed or not listed on the agenda
must first be recognized by the Commission. Each speaker must state his/her name for the
record. All comments will be directed to the Commission.
CLOSED SESSION
The County Commission may, as part of a regular or special meeting, hold a closed session to
discuss legal actions or litigation, leasing, purchasing, real estate, personnel matters, or other
provisions as allowed by law. Authority is Section 610.021, RSMo., as amended.
