Open to the Public is an opportunity for members of the public to share
their thoughts and concerns with the City Council in a formal setting.
Comments on topics that will appear on tonight’s agenda will be published
with that item. Anyone wanting to ask questions or discuss topics is
encouraged to contact staff or Council Members directly outside of this
meeting. The purpose of this portion of the meeting is solely for the public
to provide input, which will be given due consideration by staff and City
Council. If several people want to speak on the same topic, you are
encouraged to select one or two representatives to speak for the group.
Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes.
