b. Adopt Resolution 25-025 authorizing Interfund Loan for advance of certain costs in connection with Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-20.
 


c. Adopt Resolution 25-026 approving the Contract for Private Redevelopment by and between the City of Lake City and Meier Companies, Inc. and authorizing the issuance of a Tax Increment Limited Revenue Note.
 



d. Approval of Amendment #1 to Task Order No. 2 – Garden Street Electric Distribution Project
 


e. Approve the hire of Griffin Schneider for the Electric Service Worker Position. 
 

f. Adopt Resolution 25-023 for Amended Preliminary and Final Planned Unit Development number PD 24-01.2 by Michael Onstad.
 







g. Approve Ambulance Township Contracts 2026-2028
 








h. Approve hire of 2025 Seasonal Hires, Parks, Hok-Si-La, Pool, Marina
 



i. Approval Resolution 25-027 authorizing Minnesota Housing Greater Minnesota Housing Infrastructure Grant application.
