Public Comment on Agenda Items- Those wishing to address the Committee
on agenda items will have until the Committee reaches the public comment
portion of the agenda to sign up for public comment. Each member of the public
will have up to a total of three (3) minutes to address the Council Committee.
Committee Chairperson may reduce the amount of time allowed for each
speaker if he determines that the number of speakers are numerous and the
meeting cannot be timely concluded without a reduction in the time allocated for
each speaker.(Council Rule 15 -#12.)
