Water District proposed PFAS treatment facility at Cobb Wells off Spartan Drive.

Ordered, that the City Council hereby authorizes partial bond financing for the
construction of a new fire station project in the amount of $13,550,000, including
engineering, design, transaction costs, and related expenses, and further
authorizes the City Treasurer and Chair of the City Council to take all necessary
actions to carry out the financing, including issuance and sale of bonds through the
Maine Municipal Bond Bank.
