8.1 CORONER: 2025 contract with Shipping Bao, M.D. to perform autopsies in the amount of
$102,000.00 per annum with weekly payments in the amount of $10,200.00 with a maximum
of 10 weeks per annum.
8.2 CORONER: 2025 contract with Zhuo Wang, M.D. to perform autopsies in the amount of
$393,000.00 per annum with monthly payments in the amount of $32,750.00.
8.3 CALUMET TOWNSHIP ASSESSOR: Contract with CGM for Cleaning and Janitorial
Services in the amount of $1,625.00 payable monthly in an amount not to exceed $
19,500.00.
8.4 CIRCUIT COURT: Legal Services Agreement between Brian Smith and the Lake County
Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Lake County Circuit Court for mental health
commitment counsel services for the year 2025 in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00
payable at the rate of $90.00/hour.

8.5 CIRCUIT COURT: Legal Services Agreement between Courtney C. Smith and the Lake
County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Lake County Circuit Court for Title IV-D
counsel services for the year 2025 in an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 payable at the rate
of $90.00/hour.

8.6 SHERIFF: Bid Award Recommendation for 2025 Correctional Officers Uniform to Nexthill
Capital Partners d/b/a as Star Uniform for a total of $732.00 per uniform.

8.9 HIGHWAY: LPA Contract for Lake County Bridge 259, Construction Inspection between
the Board of Commissioners and United Consulting. This is a federal Aid Project. Lake
County will be reimbursed 80% of the Total Contract Amount $389,680.00. Local Match
will be 20% of $97,420.00.
8.10 HIGHWAY: Supplemental Agreement #2 for Lake County Bridge 50, 153rd Avenue over
Lake Dalecarlia. Additional Services to Original Contract. Redesign to East and West
Abutments to accommodate pile-driving activities. Supplemental Agreement #2 with
Superior Engineering in an additional amount not to exceed $37,754.00.
8.11 COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS: Service Contract with Center of Workforce Innovations
in the amount not to exceed $44,000 for the year 2025.
8.12 FAIRGROUNDS: Award and contract with Service Sanitation for 2025 services at $446 a
month.
