POSTING STATEMENT: Items on the agenda may be acted on by the Town Council. Persons desiring to appeal council
decisions or persons wishing to have a written verbatim transcript of any Town Council meeting or portion thereof shall be responsible
for securing at their expense, a "duly certified Court Reporter" who shall be permitted to record Council proceedings through means
recognized as capable of producing an accurate record which does not disrupt the Town Council meeting. Agenda items are available
