a. Progress on installation of FLOCK cameras JFK Medical Center and Shoppes of Atlantis. Any
action required by the Committee?

New Business
a. Discuss whether, upon completion of the FLOCK camera installation, there are further capital
investments that could enhance community safety?
b. Review recommendations presented in the Atlantis Neighborhood Improvement District
Performance Review and develop a schedule and procedure for addressing each recommendation
c. Review Goals and Policies in the Safe Neighborhood Plan and review or develop performance
measures and standards to determine if Goals or Policies are being achieved (as required by
Florida Statute 189.0694)
d. Discuss how the committee will update the Safe Neighborhood Plan. Are there data
requirements that need to be addressed early in the process (for example, crime data for central
Palm Beach County).

a. Confirm the next scheduled meeting on June 17, 2026
