Old Business
a. Progress on installation of FLOCK cameras JFK Medical Center and Shoppes of Atlantis. What
are the results to date? Any action required by the Committee in terms of analyzing further
investments in FLOCK or other technologies?

New Business
a. Discussion of the break in the perimeter behind the shopping center.
i. Is the wall located on an easement or on the property of either of the adjacent
landowners?
ii. Who owns the wall?
iii. Steps to repair the breach.
b. Point by point discussion of the Goals and Objectives of the Safe Neighborhood Plan. (The
objectives are stated on pages 3 and 4 of the Safe Neighborhood Plan and on pages 9 and 10 of
the ANID Performance Review.)
i. Discuss the Overall Goal and the Overall Objective.
ii. What is the status of implementing each objective? What are the results to date? Should
the committee recommend altering any of the existing objectives?
iii. The Performance Review suggests that ANID establish measures and standards for
evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of each objective. How should the
committee determine what, if any, additional objectives should be adopted.
iv. How could the committee determine the satisfaction of citizens with the current
objectives and whether the citizens desire any additional objectives?
c. Review recommendations presented in the Atlantis Neighborhood Improvement District
Performance Review and develop a schedule and procedure for addressing each recommendation
d. Discuss how the committee will update the Safe Neighborhood Plan.
i. Are there cities that have developed similar programs that we could look to as
benchmarks?
ii. Are there data requirements that need to be addressed to update and expand the Safe
Neighborhood Plan (for example, crime data for central Palm Beach County).
iii. What is a reasonable timeline for drafting and approval of an updated Plan?

Establish a schedule for meetings for the balance of the year.

meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City of Atlantis
does not provide such a record.
