Council Chambers.

and protocol.
Members of the public are also invited to view Council work sessions in person or remotely. Work sessions
are intended for discussion and an overview of key topics to inform future decision-making. While no
formal action will be taken, we appreciate public interest; however, participation (virtually or inperson) is not part of the work session format. Public comments are made during City Council
meetings.

During the executive session, the Council will request and receive legal advice regarding the City of
Greeley's Great Western Industrial Park annexations 1-15 and specifically regarding a Motion for
Reconsideration received from the Town of Windsor regarding the annexations.
Council’s Recommended Action:
A motion to go into an Executive Session to receive legal advice related to the Great Western Industrial
Park annexations 1-15, and the Motion for Reconsideration received from the Town of Windsor as
provided under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(b), and Greeley Municipal Code Section 2-151(a)(2).
