5. Guest Speaker — Lake County Sheriff Lucas Bingham will provide updates on preparations for anticipated
winter storms, department presence along the Northshore corridor, Flock camera utilization, illegal cannabis
eradication and human trafficking statistics.
6. ERTH Business — Update and Consideration:
e ERTH activities/projects and housekeeping items: General Activities, Simple Gesture; Logo Contest;
Moose Dinner: October Menu - Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries $10 (5pm - 7pm)
e Land Use Committee: CDD project updates, Discussion and Consideration of Letter to the Board of
Supervisors requesting a potential pause within the ERTH boundaries for energy and data center projects.
e Road Safety Committee: General activities. Projects List; High Valley Road; Mountainview Rd Gates;
Caltrans updates
e District 3 MAC Updates
7. Commercial Cannabis Report and Cannabis Ordinance Update
