limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes per speaker.
Speakers participating in person will be recognized first. Remote speakers will be
recognized in the order they complete the registration process through the

This is the time for citizens to comment on subject matters within the jurisdiction of the Hanford City Council. This is also
the public’s opportunity to request an item from the Consent Calendar be pulled for discussion purposes or to comment
on any item on the agenda. State law does not allow the Council to discuss or take action on issues not on the agenda,
except that members of the Council or staff may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed by persons
exercising their public testimony rights (Gov. Code sec. 54954.2). A maximum of three minutes is allowed for each

CONSENT CALENDAR:
Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion
of these matters unless a request is made and then the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar to be discussed
and voted upon by a separate motion.

A. Waive reading in full of resolutions and ordinances and approval and adoption of same
by reading the title only.
B. Community Development: Waiver of second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 2605, approving Zone Text Amendment No. 0013-26, a request to amend Title 15
Buildings and Construction of the Hanford Municipal Code, by adding Chapter 15.57, in
order to implement a new Electric Vehicle Charging Station Permit Expediting
Ordinance and create a streamlined EV charging station permitting process, in
accordance with Assembly Bills 1236 and 970.
C. Utilities and Engineering: Approval of the reimbursement for Tract 934 to Lennar Homes
of California, LLC. in the amount of $185,570.02 from the Transportation Impact Fee
Fund (0181) for offsite improvements associated with the development.

D. Utilities and Engineering: Adopt Resolution 26-64-R, causing the incomplete sewer
improvements that are obligation of Enclave 66, LLC (Developer) for Tract 915-Unit I
and Tract 915-Unit II, to be completed by allowing the City Manager and his designees
to undertake all necessary and appropriate action to complete the sewer improvements.

E. Utilities and Engineering: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or his or her
designee to accept property dedications for public purposes.
F. IT: Approval of the three-year renewal of Microsoft software licensing through Dell
Computer Corporation in the amount of $449,522.40, funded by the IT Services Fund
(0415), an internal service fund allocated to all operational departments

A. Community Development: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated
Annual Performance Report (CAPER) PY25-26
B. Utilities and Engineering: First reading of Ordinance 26-06 to grant the City Manager
authorization to accept, on behalf of the governing body, streets and roads or portions
thereof, into the city street system and to record conveyances to the city of real property
interests for street and road uses and purposes.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
A. Community Development: Staff presentation regarding the preliminary draft Objective
Design Standards and Council input on the proposed standards and next steps
