request to declare property from various departments as surplus and allow the disposal of said items, in
accordance of law.

Alabaster for FY2021 – Authorizing a MOU for the cooperative working relationship between Middle
Alabama Area Agency on Aging and the City of Alabaster to enhance the provision of nutrition and other
services to eligible seniors in the City of Alabaster.

Project – Following the recommendation of Gonzalez-Strength & Associates and City Staff - awarding the

4. Resolution 051820-C – Appointments to the Industrial Development Board – Appointing Tommy Ryals,

5. Resolution 051820-D – Authorizing Expenditures for the 2020 Alabaster Farmers Market – The City Council
wishes to continue providing a certified Farmer’s Market for the citizens of Alabaster and authorizes
expenditures for said event, not to exceed $2,000.00 which was previously budgeted within the 2020FY
public events line item.

6. Resolution 051820-E – Authorizing Memorandum of Agreement Between Shelby County and the City of
Alabaster – Authorizing a MOA with Shelby County for the construction of a restroom and new pavilion
