The short version: A crypto-promo video slaps #deflock onto a Solana coin pitch, muddying the actual anti-ALPR mapping project with unrelated token hype.
Our Take
This one from OfficialDyson is a grab-bag of hashtags — #solana, #crypto, #deflock, #dyson, plus a link to "Resistskynet.com" — with no real description to go on. We're not going to pretend we know what the token or pitch is actually about, because the video doesn't give us much to work with. What we do want to flag is the pattern: surveillance-resistance language and names like "DeFlock" get borrowed by unrelated crypto projects to lend themselves some credibility or urgency.
That matters because it creates confusion. DeFlock USA is a free, community-built map of ALPR cameras and a watchdog project — not a coin, not an investment, not affiliated with any token launch. If a video, channel, or site is asking you to buy something in the name of "resisting surveillance," that's a red flag worth sitting with, not a call to action.
If you actually want to do something about license plate readers in your neighborhood, skip the speculation and go straight to our camera map to see what's already been logged near you, or check out our take-action page for real steps — public records requests, city council pressure, and reporting new cameras — that don't involve a wallet address.
