Teach your son's and daughters #prayer #confession #god #flock #camera
The short version: A small 'audit' channel mixes faith and family talk with a Flock camera sighting, showing how ordinary folks are stumbling onto ALPR surveillance in daily life.
Our Take
Credit to Blue Mushroom Audit for capturing something a lot of households are experiencing but rarely talk about: a Flock camera showing up in the middle of everyday life, right alongside prayer, confession, and lessons for the kids. The title itself is a little telling — surveillance infrastructure has become so routine that it's getting filed next to family values content, not treated as the civic issue it actually is.
That's exactly the problem. When license plate readers blend into the background of daily routines, people stop asking who's watching, who owns the data, and how long it's kept. Teaching the next generation about privacy shouldn't be an afterthought tacked onto a video about faith — it deserves its own conversation, especially as these cameras multiply on streets with zero public vote.
If a creator can casually flag a Flock camera while filming something totally unrelated, it's worth checking what's posted near your own home. Take a look at our map to see what's already been documented, and visit take action if you want to push back on unchecked ALPR expansion in your town.
