Disco Lives 2026 | 1v1 Locking Finals | Deflock VS Mojojomo
The short version: This is a street-dance battle video featuring a competitor named "Deflock" — unrelated to ALPR surveillance, despite the name overlap.
Our Take
Credit to Disco Lives for putting on what looks like a solid 1v1 locking final, and congrats to the dancer going by "Deflock" for taking the title. But let's be straight with readers: this video has nothing to do with automated license plate readers, Flock Safety cameras, or mass surveillance. It's a name collision, not a watchdog story.
We get why a search or alert might surface this — "Deflock" is a popular enough word that it shows up in dance battles, usernames, and probably a dozen other contexts that have zero overlap with our mission of tracking ALPR deployment across the country. We're not going to manufacture a surveillance angle where none exists.
If you landed here looking for actual coverage of license plate reader networks, check out our camera map to see what's been documented near you, and visit our take-action page if you want to push back on surveillance infrastructure in your community. That's the real fight — this is just good dancing.
