They're typically layered on top of Flock Safety ALPR networks and other camera infrastructure, feeding into the same fusion of location and behavioral data that departments increasingly treat as default policing tools. Once a city buys into 'drone as first responder,' the footprint tends to expand: more triggers, more flights, more retained footage, and very little independent auditing of how often these tools are used for things well outside the original pitch of emergency response.
