Surveillance images and License Plate Readers help find driver in hit-and-run

Salt Lake police say they've found the driver in a deadly hit-and-run. Investigators also releasing the name of the man killed 20-year-old Juan Ottoniel. He was hit yesterday morning while in a crosswalk near 15 West and 400 South. Police say License Plate Readers helped track down the driver.
