ACLU: Get the Flock Out Toolkit
The ACLU's organizing toolkit for getting Flock cameras out of your town.
The ACLU built a dedicated toolkit for exactly this fight: model ordinances, talking points, organizing steps, and the legal arguments against mass plate tracking.
Their broader privacy-and-technology work — including the influential 2022 report on Flock's business model — underpins much of the movement's case.
