Stow is on the record here. Stow Police Chief Michael Sallese announced August 18, 2026 that the department ended its Flock relationship. The Boston Globe and boston.com reported the last remaining Flock camera was removed in early August; two other ALPRs came down earlier in 2026 after an effectiveness review. The department said it will evaluate safeguards before any future ALPR use.
