Consider ratifying the review committee of Craig Horn, Lee Moise, Jeremy Hurley and
Kenneth Ratliff to review Proposals received in response to RFP for Generators,
Switches and providing startup services for the generators.

Consider approving bid and Contract regarding the purchase and delivery of eight
generators (five 600 AMP Transfer Switches; three 400 AMP Transfer Switches) and
start up services on each generator and authorize the Chairman of the Buchanan County
Board of Supervisors and County Administrator to execute such Contract on behalf of
Buchanan County with the approval as to form by the County Attorney.
