AGENDA
City Council Meeting
6:00 PM - Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Members of the public desiring to speak during Public Forum are asked
to please submit a request to the City Clerk by noon on the day of the
City Council meeting. Individuals wishing to provide written public
comments must provide them to the City Clerk no later than 5 p.m. on
the Wednesday before a Council meeting. Those comments will be
included as part of the published agenda packet. Any written or emailed
comments received after that time will be provided to Council Members
but will not be included as part of the meeting record. City Clerk Lynn
Ciarleglio may be reached via email at [email protected] or
phone at 316-788-3132. Questions or comments on agenda items may
also be submitted to your elected officials directly by email or phone
before the meeting (contact information at derbyks.gov/113/CityCouncil).
The meeting is held in the City Council Room at City Hall, 611 N.
Mulberry Rd. In accordance with provisions of the ADA, every attempt
will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities.
