CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order promptly at 7:05 PM by Chair, Claudia LeSueur.

ATTENDANCE
Attendance was taken by the B&C clerk Porsche Edmundson.
Present Claud LeSueur, Ganiyu Mimiko, Dana Parmelee Guzman, Tiffany Artis
Wilson.

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Minutes approval for the September 29th special meeting.

CORRESPONDENCE
1. September RSVP's and the event went well.
6.
REPORTS
1. Commission members discussed opportunities to strengthen partnerships
with local organizations and community stakeholders.
2. Members will research and compile a calendar of community events to
identify opportunities for outreach, participation, and collaboration.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
(if recommended by the town attorney)

OLD BUSINESS
The October 8th meeting with police Chief Reynold is confirmed.
October 20th: Teen Violence Prevention presentation with Dave Wolffe.
November 17th IRIS presentation confirmed.
Commissioners approved the 2027 monthly meeting schedule. Meetings will be held
On the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM on the following dates.
January 14th, February 11th, March 11th, April 8th, May 13th, June 10th, July 8th,
August 12th, September 9th, October 14th, November 11th, December 9th.

NEW BUSINESS
New Haven Legal Assistance meeting on Nov 12TH.
Discussion focused on public safety benefits, privacy concerns, and community
awareness regarding the use of automated license plate reading technology.
Members agreed additional information should be reviewed prior to future action.
The Data Centers Commission discussed the data center developments and their
potential impact on communities, including infrastructure, land use, environmental
considerations, and public transparency.
Veterans Day Recognition: The
The Commission discussed planning and recognition activities related to Veterans
Day and acknowledged the importance of honoring local veterans within the
community.
The law enforcement engagement members welcomed planned participation from
representatives of the Hampton Police Department and future meetings to support
dialog and community engagement efforts.
10. ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner and Chair, Claudia LeSueur, moved to adjourn the Meeting at 7:42 PM, and
Dana Parmelee Guzman seconded the motion; all were in favor.
