Kenosha Police Chief Patrick Patton said the department is ending its Flock Safety contract one year early and moving to Axon Outpost license-plate cameras under a broader roughly $14.6 million Axon technology contract. FOX6 reported Patton cited data-sharing, data-security, and undisclosed speed/movement tracking concerns. Kenosha PD said it found no local officer misuse of Flock. Axon sharing is planned for Wisconsin agencies and possibly neighboring Lake County, Illinois, not Flock's nationwide network.
