Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis suspended sheriff’s-office access to 14 Flock cameras (10 fixed, 4 mobile) on August 14, 2026 and said the office would explore early termination of a contract that runs through August 2028. WSLS reported August 17 that the office would begin dismantling the cameras in the coming days. Davis had said in July he would not renew in 2028; the August suspend moved that timeline up. This is a suspend / hardware pull, not a reported contract termination.
