These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of deflocktheusa.com and any purchase from DeFlock The USA (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are (and aren’t)
DeFlock The USA is an independent, for-profit apparel brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with DeFlock (the nonprofit at deflock.me). The camera map on our site is a free resource powered by DeFlock’s publicly available data; we host it for convenience only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract.
Products are made to order
Our items are produced on demand through a print-on-demand partner after you order. Colors may vary slightly from your screen, and sizing follows the size guide on each product. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before ordering.
Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We may cancel and refund orders — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or we suspect fraud.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your order total.
- We try to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors happen, and we are not obligated to honor an obvious error.
Intellectual property
The designs, artwork, logos, and content on this site are owned by DeFlock The USA or our licensors and are protected by law. Buying a product gives you the item; it does not transfer any rights in the design. “DeFlock” and any DeFlock nonprofit marks belong to DeFlock, not to us.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, or scrape or misuse the camera map or its data. The camera map is provided for lawful, informational use only.
Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the store. Keep it truthful and lawful.
Disclaimers
The site, products, and the camera map are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the camera map or the third-party data it displays.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeFlock The USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DeFlock The USA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Third-party services
The site relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Printify (fulfillment), OpenStreetMap (map tiles and location search), and DeFlock (camera data). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.
Governing law
