Made to order means no buyer’s-remorse returns
Because every item is produced on demand specifically for your order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or similar reasons. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it or refund it — your choice. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@deflocktheusa.com with:
- your order number, and
- a clear photo of the issue (and of the packaging or label if you received the wrong item).
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll arrange a free reprint or a refund. You usually won’t need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Lost or stuck in transit
If tracking shows your package is lost or badly delayed, email us and we’ll work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it.
Order changes and cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within a short window after it’s placed. Email us as soon as possible; once an item is in production, we can’t cancel it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank.
